Roof Space covers your item (Market Value) for theft or damage during transit, up to a maximum of $3,000 or repair of the item whichever is the least. The guarantee will only cover items that have been listed through our website and transported by a verified driver.

Roof Space cover -
When the sender confirms a verified driver’s offer. They will pay the transport fee to Roof Space.
(We use Stripe as a payment gateway to accept safe and secure payment from debit and credit cards. For more information on Stripe's private policy click here Stripe private policy stripes private policy).Roof Space holds the money and will release the money once the sender confirms the item has been delivered.
Payment will go directly to the verified driver’s bank account.

It is free to post your item at a price you think is fair for a verified driver.
You will only be charged once you have accepted a verified driver at the agreed price.
The total amount is the price you have accepted the driver with plus our 23% service fee. -

For safety, peoples profiles are verified by us by two forms of verification.
1. SMS verifcation.
2. Matching their profile photo with a photo of government ID.
We will verify a profile once a person completes this onboarding so they can send offers.
